ROSE COMPASS Art Contest

In honor of ROSE COMPASS, the documentary of Run for Roses – From the Arch to the Apple, The Rose Foundation sponsored an art contest for students.

All submissions were on display at Meshuggah Café on the St. Louis Delmar Loop!

First Place: artwork by Ashley Webelhuth, entitled: “What IF”.. Oil on canvas. Donated to RF and auctioned at Rose Compass screening live auction and went for a high bid of $650!
Tied for 2nd place: Artwork by Hannah Bowman, entitled “Red Rose”. Soft pastel on canvas.
Tied for 2nd place: Artwork by Marissa Sinak, entitled “White Rose”. Charcoal and white conte.
